Users and Roles based Accessibility
erwin DI Suite now enables you to manage asset accessibility based on users and roles. You can configure access rights in bulk for users and roles at:
- Environment level in the Metadata Manager
- Project level in the Mapping Manager
- Catalog level in the Business Glossary Manager
You can also view access rights report at the enterprise level in graphical and tabular views.
Enhanced Data Governance Framework
erwin DI Suite now enables you to manage data governance responsibilities through Resource Manager and Business Glossary Manager. Under this, you can:
- Configure the default roles groups or create new roles groups based on the governance responsibilities.
- Assign governance responsibilities to users.
- Generate consolidated reports on governance responsibilities.
Conceptual Mind Map
erwin DI Suite offers a conceptual view of the mind map to view associations between assets. The conceptual view is a constellation-like layout that helps you trace and analyze associations.
Improved AIMatch Engine
The improved AIMatch engine now includes logical name, expanded logical name, column definition, and comments in its algorithm to provide more accurate matches. You can also use the AIMatch engine to detect and flag sensitive data.

New Application Menu
erwin DI Suite now has a new application menu to access its modules.
Enhanced Data Lineage Analyzer
The data lineage analyzer in the Mapping Manager and Metadata Manager has been enhanced to display logical names, expanded logical names, and sensitivity classification of technical assets.
Bulk Import of Extended Properties
You can now use the Default Connector for configuring extended properties in the Metadata Manager and Mapping Manager to import option values in bulk.
Enhanced Business Glossary Manager
The Business Glossary Manager's UI has been completely revamped for better usability.
Workflow Stages Accessibility
You can now access workflow stages within a business asset screen in the Business Glossary Manager. This facilitates users with relevant permissions to execute a workflow directly from the asset screen.
Menu Theme
You can now configure a menu theme and personalize the application with your own branding, logo, and color scheme.
Apache Tomcat Support
The supported Apache Tomcat version has been upgraded to v9.0.37. Also, erwin DI Suite will continue to be compatible with Apache Tomcat v8.5.35/41/51.
